Chi in the Woods is a set of programs designed to encourage access to the local forests and trails of Flagstaff, Arizona for people of all ages and abilities coupled with the practice of Tai Chi Qi Gong.  Using elements of the Flagstaff Urban Trail system, sessions can vary in length, duration, ability levels, and content.

Specific walks combined with tai Chi Qi Gong, or just Qi Gong, are designed to appropriately challenge all, whether in a group or as an individual student seeking a more personalized experience.
