Wellness Programs are designed to meet the goals and objectives of specific collaborative health related programs provided by any one employer or group of employers. Classes are developed as a continuous series introducing progressive skills and techniques for both aerobic fitness and stress management. Different timeframes can be arranged for class presentations with options being available over several weeks or months that include both Tai Chi and Qi Gong, or purely Qi Gong. Workshops are developed as stand alone one time interactive sessions or a series of sessions that introduce different concepts of Tai Chi Qi Gong that students can use immediately or build upon to extend their practice and knowledge over time.
